This next special isn’t live programming but it’s just as chaotic. In ‘Back that Year Up: NYE Special’ comedians Kevin Hart and Kenan Thompson go through the best pop culture, sports, entertainment moments of the year while giving their unfiltered commentary on the matter. The special is available on demand so you can watch it at any time.

Arguably one of the most iconic New Year’s Eve movies, this special has to be on your watchlist this weekend. For the ladies looking to host a girls night this New Year’s Eve, this film is an absolute must-watch. You may be wondering why we added this movie since it’s not technically New Year’s related, but it’s a classic nonetheless. Blake Lively can truly do no wrong and her role ‘The Age of Adaline’ is no exception. There’s something mystical and magical about New Year’s Eve, so we think this movie is worth the watch this weekend.
While You Were Sleeping

Keeping with the rom-com theme, ‘While You Were Sleeping’ is one of our favorite guilty pleasures for the holidays. The concept is silly and little bit cheesy, but it’s heartwarming regardless. Plus, it takes place around the holidays. Watch Sandra Bullock and Peter Gallagher in this cult classic
